We currently offer delivery services within Nairobi and its environs. For deliveries outside this region, please contact us directly to discuss feasibility and arrangements.
2. Delivery Timelines
•Standard Delivery: For orders placed before 3:00 PM (East African Time) from Monday to Saturday, we aim for same-day delivery within Nairobi. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.
•Weekend & Public Holidays: Deliveries are not typically made on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
•Confirmation: After placing an order, our team will contact you to confirm the order details, delivery location, and estimated time of arrival.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the location and size/weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be communicated to you during the order confirmation process before final payment. We strive to keep our delivery fees competitive and transparent.
4. Order Tracking
While we do not currently offer real-time online tracking, our customer service team is available to provide updates on your order status. You will receive communication regarding your delivery schedule and any unforeseen delays.

In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, unavailability at the delivery location, or refusal of delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery. We will attempt to contact you to resolve any delivery issues.
